A small-batch aromatic vinegar from the outstanding producers at Minus 8. A deep amber colour and thickly viscous, the IP8 vinegar starts its life as IPA style beer blended with the sweet juice from icewine grapes from the Minus 8 vineyard. Rich hoppy notes combine with a sweet flavour of caramel and barley with a lingering and complex citrussy finish. Try with lamb.
