Paw Paw Brix Verjus

Made from the juice of unripe grapes, verjus has a more rounded palate than vinegar but with a pronounced sharpness similar to that of lemon. Use as you would with white wine in your savoury cooking: to deglaze your pan and to add to sauces and dressings. It also makes a sprightly addition to sorbets and curds.
