Turnip White

Beautiful Declic variety turnips with white flesh and deep violet shoulders, these new season beauties have been grown on a family farm in Ormskirk, Lancashire. Beautifully tender, they can be grated and tossed in dressings or steamed and served simply with a herb butter. A sprinkle of sugar and drenching in butter brings the earthiness of their flavour to the foreground, while they're a delicious accompaniment to game dishes.
