Made by cooking the truffle with water and salt, the result is a powerful broth that is ideal to add to recipes sauce, meats etc, only truffle water and salt, without dyes, preservatives or added aromas. There are many ways to make juice, changing the proportion of water, to more water, more juice but less concentrate. Manjares de la Tierra truffle juice has a powerful black colour, because it is made with much more truffle than water.
