Tofu Plain Organic Tofoo

This organic tofu has been handmade in Yorkshire to a traditional Japanese recipe for an authentic curd without the food miles. Pre-pressed, this is an extra-firm tofu which absorbs flavour particularly well, making it perfect for marinating, stir fries and scrambling. It stands up well to cooking without crumbling and delivers a gentle, beany flavour.
