Sea Beet Foraged

Freshly foraged Sea Beet - an ancestor to beetroot, sugar beet and swiss chard and a proud member of the Amaranthaceae family. The glossy green leaves taste very much like spinach but are superior when cooked. The sweet roots can be used much like sweet potato.
