Rice Jasmine Tilda

Fragrant and lightly sticky, these long white grains are perfect with Southeast Asian dishes. Its distinctive texture makes it a satisfying accompaniment to thinner sauces and also makes an excellent rice pudding. When used for fried rice, the sticky grains separate when reheated and give a delicious open texture.
