Its name translates to ‘head of the shop’ in Arabic and is made with a mixture of up to 30 of the best spices. Ours is made from a blend of 14 herbs and spices including cardamom, mace, nutmeg, lavender, rose petals and ginger and adds wonderful flavour to North African dishes.
