Radish Bunched Breakfast

Mildly sweet, but definitely spicy, these bunched French breakfast radishes are oval shaped and tinted a bright magenta-red at their shoulders with white tips. They need no further adornment than a sliver of butter and pinch of sea salt, but they also make a pretty and peppery addition to summer salads, where their crisp crunch adds interest. Dress with lemon and olive oil to showcase their sweet heat.
