The Pink Fir Apple potato is a heritage variety which adds a unique quality to a plate. Long and knobbly in shape, they have a pretty, pink skin and waxy, golden flesh. Their earthy, nutty flavour is similar to new potatoes and they are delicious steamed or boiled and added to salads, or simply dressed with melted butter and seasoning.
