Made with pressed wholemeal rough puff pastry, these individually portioned quiche shells have a neutral flavour and crunchy texture. Suitable for cold or hot savoury fillings and, as they have already been fully baked, are ready to be filled and served. They can also withstand further baking to set a quiche filling at 170°c for 25-30 minutes. Versatile and delicious.
