Made on Mount Gerizim, the original home of Tahini, Ethiopian sesame seeds are roasted and slowly double ground to give a glossy and smooth texture with nutty, balanced flavour. Use to make a traditional hummus, drizzle over roasted Mediterranean vegetables, whisk into salad dressings or stir into yoghurt alongside garlic and lemon to accompany grilled meats and fish.
