Made with plump naturally ripened Douce olives from a family-run farm just outside Marrakech, and dressed with herbes de Provence. Dry-cured in sea-salt their deep black flesh has a meaty texture and umami saltiness finished with notes of anise. Use as a table olive, add to pasta and pizzas or blitz to make outstanding tapenade.
