Nasturtium Leaves

A member of the cabbage family and resembling a miniature lily pad, these leaves have a sweet flavour developing to a spicy, mustard-like warmth. Use as a fresh tasting garnish on pasta and rice dishes, add to sandwiches and wraps for a hum of heat or purée to make nasturtium pesto.
