The gentle curls of these pea shoot tendrils add hints of springtime to your dishes. Combining a mildly grassy aroma with the sweet flavour of a fresh pea, these vivid green shoots are a beautiful addition to a salad, or as a garnish. The tendril pea is harvested after a few weeks of growth where the climbing vine has reached 8cm, keeping their sweet flavour and tender bite.
