Leek Baby Bunch

Our baby leeks have petite, slim stems which are bright green at the tips, fading to snow white at the base. These young leeks are mild in taste and become meltingly tender once cooked. Use with other baby vegetables for a flavour of springtime or simply braised with oil and a sprinkling of thyme to bring their sweet allium flavour to the fore.
