Kimchee base is also known in Japan as Kimuchi no Moto. A large jar of ready made Korean kimchi sauce in concentrate form. This is a very hot and spicy red sauce that is added to cabbage to make a spicy Korean vegetable delicacy. Made from garlic, salt, red pepper, chilli, ginger and vinegar. Remember this stuff is quite fiery and a little certainly goes a long way.
