Wildfarmed T65 is a brilliant all-round bread making flour. It gives bread a light open texture and works as a great introduction to the range. T65 is our closest flour to a conventional texture and works as a good introduction to Wildfarmed flour. Although it’s headline protein content may not be as high as other white strong bread flours, Wildfarmed T65 has great elasticity and oven spring.
