This top quality flour is produced using an ancient variety of Durum wheat named ‘Khorasan’. The wheat is gently stoneground to produce a wholemeal flour suitable for breads and pastas. Some people with intolerances to modern wheat varieties have found they can enjoy products made with Khorasan flour but ensure you read all dietary advice before preparing for those with an intolerance.
