Fennel Baby Bunch

Picked at their most tender, these baby fennels come complete with their delicately feather-like leaves and stems. Pale green and with a celery-like texture, these baby fennel bulbs have a fragrant, anise flavour, which works well with fish. Scatter thin slices across salads or braise with stock to intensify their sweet flavour and tenderise their flesh. The leaves make a beautiful garnish.
